21/11/2007 | During this first week of december, DEVALAR will coordinate the 5th Mission within the EXPIDER II Project in Costa Rica, cofunded by the Inter-American Development Bank (I.A.D.B.)
This 5th mission will intend to support the process of formulation of the Development Strategic Plan of the GAT-SUR, in the South-South Region and to form the social agents of the territory in local fishing industry.
In this mission Manuel González (Coordinator of the Project in DEVALAR) has invited Emilio Louro Lamela (Manager of the Association of Fishermen of Lira) to participate in the training workshops.
At the end of December 2007 it is planned that the GAT formulates an advance of the Development Plan which will have to be approved by the General Assembly in January of 2008.
